After surviving a toxic blood infection when I was 20 years old, food became my healer. Eating healthy consistently has also allowed me to manage 3 autoimmune diseases without medication and I have natural energy as a new mom without relying on caffeine. FOOD IS POWERFUL. After being a nutritionist and chef for the past 9 years and working with hundreds of clients, I have mastered all the tools, tips, and tricks to implement healthy eating into a busy lifestyle.
